What areas do we serve?	Ready to book?
At the moment our therapists will travel to your work or office in the following locations: EC1 Head District EC2 Bishopsgate EC3 Fenchurch Street EC4 Fleet Street WC1 Head District WC2 Strand We are constantly looking to add new locations to our service areas. If we don't currently visit your area and you would like us to, please contact us and we will do our best to get to you!

When do I pay for my appointment?	Ready to book?
You will need to pay for your appointment when you book it. This saves our therapists having to carry cash around London. It also saves you having to remember to get money out on the day of your appointment.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?	Ready to book?
This is absolutely fine so long as you give us at least 24 hours notice of the cancellation we will happily refund or credit you (whichever you prefer). To cancel your appointment, simply log on to your account and click the cancel button next to your appointment. Then select whether you'd like a refund or credit vouchers and click confirm. A refund will be processed onto the same card you paid with within 10 days. Credit vouchers (to be spent on any other appointment or product with us) will be emailed to you within 48 hours.

What if I need to cancel last minute?	Ready to book?
If by some unfortunate chance you have to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, we regret that we will be unable to refund you. We really dislike this as it can cause upset however while we try to keep our clients as happy as possible, we must also cover our costs. Please do let us know as soon as possible if you think you might not be able to make your appointment so we can both avoid this situation.

This is my first booking with you, what if I am unhappy?	Ready to book?
Our therapists are all highly skilled and work very hard to keep our clients happy. If however you are unhappy with your appointment for any reason at all, please do not hesitate to contact us. Alot of our business depends on word of mouth so we want to keep you happy. If there is anything we can do to rectify the situation, we will try our best.

Do I have to tip the therapist?	Ready to book?
Absolutely not. All our therapists are paid for their time and there is no expectation whatsoever for you to tip them. If however you are exceptionally pleased with their work and would particularly like to tip them, you are welcome to.

How should I contact you if I need to?	Ready to book?
The best way to contact us is always via email. We try to respond to all requests as quickly as possible. Please click here for all our details.

Where can you do my appointment?	Ready to book?
Our therapists will come to your home or office so long as they are in one of the areas above. Our products carry very little odour so are usually suitable for use in most enclosed spaces as well as open plan areas. If you have any questions please just contact us.

You are coming to my office, what do you need?	Ready to book?
For nail appointments, our therapist will just a table and 2 chairs. Any conference room table, board room table, office table, canteen table or dining table is normally suitable. If there is somewhere for you to wash your hands and the therapist to get water from, this is great however it is not necessary. For massages, they will just need one chair for you to sit on. You just need to make sure it is a chair that does not move, ie it can't have wheels on the bottom of the legs.
